He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Joseph and Marie Rose Yvonne Allard (Montambeault); and his nephew Eric Smith-Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Delaney; his sisters, Carole M. Phelps of Cape Cod, MA and Frances C. Cooley of Granby, CT; and his nieces, Stephanie Moore of Charleston, SC, Kelly Rypysc and Suffield.
