She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick "Harry" Staples; and her parents, Walter Forbes and Mildred Forbes (Fellows). She is survived by: her daughters, Susan (Robert Lackenbach) and Nancy (Ernest Perry); her grandson Brett Lackenbach (Olivia); her daughters, Casey Lackenbach, Liz Staples-Perry (Isaac Olivo) and Erin Perry (Brandon Rocco); her great grandchildren, Owen, Beckett, Wrenna and Jaxson; and her sister Diane Enoch (Edwin). She is also survived by three sons along with extended family and dear friends.
