She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ruot and Margaret Ruot (Latulipe); her husband Richard Kropp; and her sister Patricia Boucher. She is survived by: her daughters, Kari Harrington (Randy) and Sara Ackley; her brothers, Timothy Ruot and James Ruot; her grandchildren, Jason Ackley, Hunter Ackley, Kassandra Ackley, Emma Miskin and Ashley Greenier; and her great grandchildren, Ivory and Leon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
