He is survived by: his wife Lori Bouchard (Vella); his children, Jason Bouchard (Jessica) of Enfield, Jeffrey Bouchard (Jennifer) of East Longmeadow, MA and Nicole Bouchard of Enfield; his granddaughters, Madelyn, Kayla, Sophie and Stella Bouchard; his siblings, Allan Bouchard (Bethany) of Enfield, Robert Bouchard of Florida, Roland Bouchard of Enfield and Claire LaValley (Randy) of Suffield; and his uncle Richard Lajoie (Patricia) of Enfield.
