He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert and Leonora Piorkowski (Dziok); his daughter May Fawn Bennett; and his siblings, Louis Percoski, Thadeus Percoski, Chester Piorkowski, Sophie St. Martin and Lottie Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Percoski (Christian); his children, April Rose, Dawn Percoski, Raymond Percoski (Rena) and Erik Percoski (Beverly); and his brother Ernest Percoski. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
