We are sad to announce that, on September 7, 2025, at the age of 91, Rita Cyr of Enfield, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Rita may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Cyr; her parents, Ligorie Gervais and Marie Gervais (Deschaine); and her daughter Linda Polinski. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Wallace of Enfield; her grandson Theodore Polinski, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Madison and Theodore Polinski III. She is also survived by two brothers and a sister.
