He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew James and Jean Golden (Dellay); his brother Matt Golden; and his brother-in-law Einas Hestad. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Golden (Gatzen); his children, Lori Paterson (John) of Southington, Robert Jr. of Windsor Locks, Karen Golden Deni of Enfield and Patricia Hubbard (Chris) of Mill Valley, CA.; his sister Alyce Hestad of Georgia; his sister-in-law Anne Golden of Rutherford, CA; and his grandchildren, Mike Maier, Kelly, Kaitlin Paterson, Sydney and Owen Hubbard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
