He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fleming and Jeannette Malley (Rattell); and his brother Michael T. Malley. He is survived by: his sister Michelle Rice (Jason); his daughters, Robyn Radziewicz (David) and Melinda Kingsley (Bert); his grandchildren, Ryan (Mary), Julia, Joey, Hayden Radziewicz, Hannah and Katie Kingsley; his girlfriend Deborah White; his former wife Nancy Moore (Walter); his sister-in-law Diane Malley; his aunt Betty Malley; his sibling's children, Michael Todd, Jay Malley, Brooke Hawkins and Jordan Rice; and his caregivers, Carol and Wendi. He is also survived by many cousins and several close friends.
