He is survived by: his parents, James Ballou and Virginia Ballou; his uncle Richard Ballou; his brother Daniel Ballou (Lynn); his siblings' children, Sydney and Avery; his sister Suzanne Rowell (Steven); and his siblings' children, Zachary and Jameson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Browne Memorial Chapels (43 Shaker Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
