He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Hurley and Caroline Hurley (Corna); and his brother John Hurley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hayward; his children, Warren Hurley and Laura Nelson (Brian); his granddaughter Willa Rue; and his siblings, Clyde Hurley and Marilyn Packer.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rails to Trails Conservancy in Wayne's honor.
