He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Minardi and Antonia Minardi; his wife Georgina Fleming Minardi; his grandsons, Sean Bertanza and Robert Thompson IV; and his brothers, John and Joseph Minardi.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Bertanza (Mark), Theresa Thompson, Derek Minardi, Mary Soracco (Andy) and Angelo Minardi Jr. (BettyJo); and his brother Vincent Minardi (Patricia). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Angelo's generous spirit, he chose to donate his body to science, leaving one final gift in the hope of advancing medical education and research.
