He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Angelo and Theresa Calendrillo (Thomasulo); and his brothers, Michael (Buddy) and Charles (Junior). He is survived by: his wife Mabel Calendrillo (Swift); his children, Laura Beam, Bruce Calendrillo (Joan) and Linda Calendrillo (John Guzlowski); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; his eight great grandchildren.

“My Dad was an accomplished artist for his entire life in all mediums including oil, watercolor and acrylics as well as sculpting in clay. He studied art through his readings, studying art in every museum that he visited and serving as monitor at the Museum of modern in the museum of art in Brooklyn. Throughout his life I honestly did not understand his fascination, but now have a new realization of his calling. With age I more and more understand what he repeatedly said to me. He loved doing it.”
