With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol M. Jacobson of Fairfield, Connecticut, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Jacobson; her son David Felner; and her sister Donna Cornwall. She is survived by: her brother Bob Hajas (Barbara); her daughter Donna Reitz (Paul); her daughter-in-law Patricia Felner-Bragano (Nick); her grandchildren, Aaron Reitz (Meredith), Lee Reitz, Margo Reitz, Matthew Felner (Erin), Jayme Sekel (John), Christian Felner, Nicholas Bragano (Becca) and Matt Bragano; her pet Quinn; and her caregiver Ayana Smith. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol's name to a charity of one's choice.
