He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Capalbo and Jennifer Capalbo; his brother Will Capalbo; his girlfriend Peyton Siegel; his grandmothers, Ina Chadwick (Richard Epstein) of Westport and Janis Wilde of Maryland; his aunts, Rebecca Jarit (Paddy) of Trumbull, Nina Wilde of Philadelphia, PA, Lisa Floros (Michael) of Newtown and Toni Capalbo (Carlos Collazo) of Old Greenwich; his uncle Keith Wilde; and his cousins, Zachary, Shaina, Harrison, Emily, Thomas, Cece and Gabby.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Charlie Capalbo to support pediatric leukemia research in Dr. Scott Armstrong's lab.
