He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nelson and Elizabeth Irwin Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Meryl Loge Nelson (Markie); his pet Mandy; and also Jacqueline Markland.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lawncroft Cemetery (1740 Black Rock Tpke, Fairfield, CT 06825). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Fairfield (65 Church Hill Rd, Fairfield, CT 06825).
