He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Burke Chandler and Edna Chandler (Hilton); his brother Eugene; and his sister-in-law Arlene Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Peggy); his children, Jennifer Kane (Sean) of Trumbull, Laura Miller (Ritt) of Trumbull and Paul Chandler (April) of Sterling, VA.; his grandchildren, Jack, George, Charlie Kane, Katelyn, Sophie Miller, Grace and Annie Chandler; and his nieces and nephews, Dana Chandler and Liz Smith of Maine.
