He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Paolo Bevilacqua and Filomena Berenga; his brothers, Bruno, Enrico and Pietro; and his son-in-law Morrie Sigel.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bevilacqua (DeCicco); his children, Paula Bevilacqua (Frank Gasparro), Lisa Bevilacqua and Joseph Bevilacqua (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Alessandro Gasparro, Marco Gasparro (Jenna Scherma), Ariana Sigel, Halli Sigel (Graham Raabe), Luca Bevilacqua and Siena Bevilacqua.
