He was predeceased by: his parents, Attorney Havens Grant and Carolyn Hall Grant; and his sister Judith Gurney. He is survived by: his wife Paula DiMeo Grant; his children, Wendy Grant Haskell (Marshal Mandelkern), David Marshall Grant (Karl Christian Reischerl) and Thomas Hall Grant; his grandsons, David Grant Haskell, Stephen Grant Haskell and John Grant Haskell; his grandchildren-in-law, Austen Salonites Grant, Elliot Salonites Grant and Evelyn May Grant; his goddaughter Emily A. Wernau; Margaret and James. He is also survived by two step grandsons, and a brother and sister-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
