He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frederick and Anna Christine Lucas (Kalakay); and his daughter Jacqueline Lee Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Lucas (Carbone); his children, Samantha Bernstein (Richard) and John Lucas (Allison); his brother Robert G. Lucas; and his grandchildren, Emma, Will, Riley, Sadie and Merill.
