He is survived by: his children, Greg and Tasha; his wife Eileen; his daughter-in-law Diane Sedlock; his grandchildren-in-law, Charlie, Tate and Reed; his son-in-law Thomas Blair; and his grandchildren-in-law, Lachlan and Sawyer. He is also survived by grandfather of his five grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, John's family asks that you make a donation to The American Heart Association. Alternatively, a donation can be made to Greenwich Hospital honoring a retired doctor, Dr. James Sabetta and the team at IDAP, who were instrumental to John's care over the past eight years.
