He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia Woodin Williams and Ernest C. Williams; and his siblings, Jane Sherman and Richard Williams. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Blackadar Williams; his daughters, Deborah Stebbins (Charles), Leslie Fitzgerald and Wendy Mears (Dean); his grandchildren, Kelly Blain (Zachary), Kathleen Raymond (Joshua), Emily Stebbins, Matthew Stebbins (Kristen), Patrick Fitzgerald and Rebecca Fitzgerald (Byron); his great grandchildren, Theo, Alex, Jack and Cooper; and his sister Gene Kaechele of Brookfield, CT.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
