She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Burgess (Dunn) and Bernard Burgess; her sister Toni Merrigan; and her son L. J.. She is survived by: her daughter Beth (Beth); her son-in-law Kevin Kells; her grandchildren, Caitlin (Gordon Abercrombie), Adrianne and Emmet; and her sister Anne Burkard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
