He was predeceased by: his father Matthew Gould. He is survived by: his wife Marie Hopkins Gould; his stepsons, Thomas Becker (Whitney), Matthew Becker (Jaime) and Sean Becker; his sister Madeline Marshall (Arnold); and his nephews, Brian and Dwight.

In lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Thomas Church.
