He is survived by: his wife Nancy Malstrom; his children, Dustin Malstrom, Kimberly Visci and Sara Tomkiv; his children-in-law, Kanako Itano-Malstrom, James Visci and Taras Tomkiv; and his grandchildren, Oliver Itano-Malstrom, Maple Itano-Malstrom, Maximus Visci, Elton Visci, Zoryana Tomkiv, Drayna Tomkiv and Mykyta Tomkiv.
In keeping with Ken's values, the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society or Wounded Warrior Project in place of flowers.
