She is survived by: her husband Peter Cusick; her parents, Joseph Moore and Diane Moore Behrens; her sons, Jack Cusick (Clare) and Sam Cusick (Sage); her granddaughter Hazel; and her siblings, Leslie Moore Haverkamp (Al) and Gregory Moore (Roseanne). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
