We are sad to announce that, on April 14, 2026, at the age of 99, Sally Stevens Rowe of Fairfield, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Cardyn Rowe; her parents, Robert Baird and Marian Baird (Jennings); her daughters, Cynthia Placko of Fairfield and Allison Rowe of Bethlehem; and her siblings, Maryalice Berlanda, Hugh Baird, Robert Baird and Thomas Baird.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Cardyn Rowe of Trumbull, William Frederick Rowe (Elizabeth Mann) of Easton and David Jennings Rowe of Newtown; her grandsons, Keith Cardyn Placko (Jennifer) and Kyle Paul Placko (Kristin); her son-in-law Kenneth Placko of Fairfield; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Michael and Lucy Placko; her nieces, Donna Berlanda and Eileen Baird; and her nephew John Berlanda.
