She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Seinfeld and Jacob Seinfeld; and her husband Harold J. Levy. She is survived by: her son Marc (Joan); her grandchildren, Allison (Assaf Ofir), Jennifer (Conor O'Neill) and Amanda; her son Allen; her grandchildren, Michelle, Rachel and David; her great grandchildren, Layla, Coby, Emmy, Dylan and Annie; and her son Jay. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
