He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kudzy and Mary Kudzy; and his siblings, Mark Kudzy and Donna McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kate Kudzy of Fairfield; his children, Brendan of Fairfield, Aidan of Fairfield, Maggie of Fairfield and Rory Kudzy of Fairfield; and his sister Mary Gilfeather of Pleasantville, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
