He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Samsel; his daughters, Marianne Sawyer (Gary Sawyer), Patricia Humphreys (Bruce Humphreys), Andrea Samsel (Bill Mackey) and Laurie Ross (Fred Ross); and his grandchildren, Kathryn, Joseph, Jaclyn Sawyer, Ryan, Steven Ives Humphreys, Jonathan, Christopher and Stephanie Ross. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, friends.
