She is survived by: her husband Dennis Deer; her children, Wendy Deer (Daniel Judson) of Ansonia, Peter Deer (Zsuzsanna) of Fairfield and Tracy Deer-Mirek (Steve) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Peti and David Deer; and her sisters, Jane Cavoto of Bridgeport and Christine Wellman (Dana) of Turner, Maine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
