It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Benedetto of Fairfield, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas A. Benedetto and Anna Benedetto (Longhitano); and his daughter Shalene Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Benedetto (Dresser); his son Brian Sutherland (Kimberly) of Stratford; his granddaughters, Aliyah, Brittney Augustin of Fairfield and Cassidi Sutherland of Stratford; and his brothers, Ronald R. Benedetto of Bridgeport and Nicholas A. Benedetto, Jr. (Linda) of Princeton, LA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
