He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. and Marion Murphy; and his daughter Maura Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Frances Murphy (DeVito) of Fairfield; his son TJ Murphy of Bridgeport; and his sister Nancy Griffith of Gordonville, TX.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Pius X Church (834 Brookside Dr, Fairfield, CT 06824).
