He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, John and Gillian; his siblings, Rich, Andy (Christina) and Mimi (Tom); his sister-in-law Leslie Ballantyne; and his father-in-law Ed Ballantyne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, and countless friends.
