He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fergus, James, Margaret and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, William F. Brown, David H. Brown (Paige) and Laura J. Ouellette; his grandchildren, Christopher Santos (Kylie), Lindsey Brown, William Brown and Chad Ouellette; and his great grandchildren, Colt and Kane Santos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
