He is survived by: his brother-in-law David Scott; his nephew Andrew Scott; his wife Sally Scott Wilburn; his children, Charles Alexander Wilburn, Clayton Scott Wilburn and Katherine Wilburn Lasacco (Jeremy Lassaco); his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Teitzel Wilburn; and his granddaughter Sophie Madison Wilburn.
