He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Monroe Palmer and Jessie Myrtle Palmer (Armstrong); and his sister Dorothy Mae Dempsey (Palmer). He is survived by : his wife Sherra Ramsey Palmer; his son Tom D. Palmer; his daughter-in-law Carolynn Palmer of Avon; his niece Deborah Dempsey Tinsley (Stan) of Illinois; and his friend Ralph Derickson of Texas.
