He was predeceased by : his parents, Akin Ellsworth Lee and Kathryn McNulty Lee; his siblings, Ronald Lee and Marleen Boucher; his brother-in-law William Boucher; and his nephew Robert Ellsworth Lee.

He is survived by : his brother Brian Timothy Lee; his sister-in-law Gloria Lassy Lee of Torrington; his brother Richard Francis Lee; his sister-in-law Beverly Tuller of Kittery; his son Brian Albert Lee; his daughter-in-law Jodi Ann Lee of West Hartford; his daughter Jennifer Kathryn Norfleet; his son-in-law Joshua Norfleet of Plainville; and his grandchildren, Matthew Garrett Lee, Michael Albert Lee and Samantha Olivia Lee.
