It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Rose Harty of Farmington, Connecticut, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rose and Mae Rose (Fagan); and her sisters, Barbara Walsh (Jimmer) and Maryalice Dalena (Pete). She is survived by: her husband Dick Jakobowski; her former spouse Thomas "Bud" Harty; her brothers, Jack Rose and David Rose (Paula); her children, Rick Harty (Sandi), Trace Harty (Kevin Howley), Rob Harty (Jane), Chris Harty (Michelle), Karen Matern (Edmar), Kevin Harty (Susan), Brian Harty (Christine) and Maura Raeburn (Craig); and her pet Jerry. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, countless nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mom's wish is that you contribute to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or a charity of your choice.
