She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Storrs and Kathleen Storrs (Mulcahey); her husband Curtis Middlebrook; and her daughter Susan Middlebrook Rutkowski. She is survived by : her daughter Sara Middlebrook Heaney (Chris Heaney); her granddaughters, Caitlyn, Samantha and Jessica; her niece Rebecca Jaoui (Omar); her great-nieces, Tabitha and Emma; her great-nephew Max; her nephew Jared Smith; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rhea and Maeve; and also Leland.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ahern Funeral Home (111 Main St, Unionville, CT 06085).
