He is survived by: his wife Joy (Hanson); his children, Eric Miller (Sara) and Ashley Kalosieh (Dan); his grandchildren, Lucy Miller, Sam Miller, Lizzy Kalosieh and Evan Kalosieh; his siblings-in-law, Ellen Miller, Rick Hanson and Carol Hanson; his nieces, Deborah (John), Kristen (Andrew) and Julie (Gerry); and his nephew Scott (Rachel).
