He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter M. Curtis and Eunice Carmichael Curtis; and his nephew W. Curtis Radke. He is survived by : his sister Sharon Curtis Radke; his nephew W. Carl Radke; his great-niece Vera Radke; and his friends, Terry Funke, Marcella Kebabian, Vincent Ferrucci, Peter and Malcolm Ashley (Peter). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
