It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Otis Palmer of Farmington, Connecticut, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ray Otis Palmer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Henry and Rosalind Palmer (Ray); and his sister Patricia Palmer Shope. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Towey (Jim) of Sandwich, MA, James Palmer of Simsbury and Susan Palmer of Simsbury; his grandchildren, Andrew Towey (Rachel), Kristen Barboun (Chris) and Kate Sanford (Aleks) of Michigan; and his great grandchildren, Shivaun, Harper Towey and Callum Barboun.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home - Simsbury (880 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070).
