He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa; and his sister Evelyn. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia (Jimmie), Mary Ellen (Phil) and Jane (Nong); his grandchildren, Justin (Kanako), Amanda, Alison, Amy, Christopher, Lindsay, David (Victoria), Katherine and Unda; his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Kira; and his siblings-in-law, Adele DiBiasio and Richard Case. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Farmington Chapter of UNICO, the Alzheimer's Association, or the American Diabetes Association.
