He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian (Rores). He is survived by: his child JP; his wife Mary Lou Dembik (Cassidy); his children, Thomas Michael Dembik, Mary-Katherine Cieri (James) and John Paul Dembik; his grandchildren, Nathan Thomas Dembik, Jameson Daniel Cieri and Michela Belle Cieri; his sister Joyce Glessner (Don); his niece Kathy Jones (Jeff); and his nephew David Glessner (Kim). He is also survived by children; and a large extended family.
