She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Thompson and Beatrice Thompson (Wilbur); her spouse Francis "Pete" Jacobs; and her brother Wilber Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Donald Jacobs (Patricia) of Lebanon, Kevin Jacobs of Southington, Sara Coombs (David) of Wallingford, Kathryn Amodio (Cappy) of North Haven and Betty Hussey (Vernon) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hussey, Aaron Hussey, Thomas Jacobs, Amanda Coombs, Alex Jacobs, Stacey Biggart, Melanie Amodio, Julie McCarthy and Nicholas Amodio; her great grandchildren, Jacob Hussey, Nikos Jacobs, Ethan Biggart, Joshua Biggart and Jaxon McCarthy; and her sister Marlene Snell (Ray LaPlante) of Torrington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (24 Lincoln Ave, Bristol, CT 06010). A procession will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Asbury Methodist Church (90 Church Ave, Bristol, CT 06010).
