He was predeceased by: his father William P. Kowalski. He is survived by: his children, Lynne Blais (Michael) of Berlin, CT, Paul (Heather) of Haverhill, MA, John (Jennifer) of Clearwater, FL, Steven of Boston, MA and Marianne Forti (Tom) of Baton Rouge, LA.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
