He was predeceased by: his parents, Verner Ethelbrick Hooper and Louise Mildred Wilcox Hooper; his wife Nancy Ann Clair; and his sister Virginia Litwinowich. He is survived by: his children, Mary Hooper of Gales Ferry, CT, David Hooper of Palmdale, CA and Steven Hooper (Gail) of Gales Ferry; and his grandchildren, Christopher (Rosemary) of London, UK, Elijah (Julie) of Toronto Canada and Hannah (Tyler) of Norwich, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
