He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C Allen and Norma B. Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia A. Kneeland (Michael), Donna Collins, Joyce E. Allen and Paul D. Allen (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Elm Grove Cemetery (197 Greenmanville Ave, Mystic, CT 06355).
