She is survived by: her children, Karen Borkowski Surine (Scott), Elaine Tavani (Art), Norman Blais and Daniel Blais; her grandchildren, Joe Borkowski, Lauren Borkowski (Matt), Joelle, Matthew Tavani (Katrina), Rachel Gardiner (Tom) and Lucas Blais; her great grandchildren, Jordi, Alfie, Mason and Tripp; and her siblings, Kathleen Alger (Bob), Bill Middleton (Sharon), Richard Middleton Thomas (Linda) and Alfred Middleton (Thelma). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
