She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Robin and Douglas Phillips; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Christopher, Alex, Rachel and Stephen; her sister Rebecca Allen; her pet Gracie; her parents, Ralph C. Cook and Rebecca L. Cook (Parr); her son Richard Phillips; and her sisters, Doris Ross and Kay Wawrzyniak. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to Protectors of Animals in East Hartford, CT in memory of Alice Phillips.
